A Love Island star has spoken about Gemma Owen and Luca Bish’s relationship on the hit show, sharing the truth about their “protective” relationship.
Nathalia Campos entered Love Island as a bombshell towards the end of the series, and she spoke to The Sun in an exclusive chat about whether Gemma and Luca’s relationship is “real.”
The stunning model, 23, insists the pair are “very real” and that they “really like each other.”
She said: “They’re very real. They really like each other. They have a really good thing going. I think they’re very well suited to each other, to be honest.
“They were very comfortable and just wanted to be together, I could see Gemma was really comfortable around him. It didn’t show much of her funny side, but she was really funny around him. She’s a nice girl, very mature. I think we saw the serious Gemma but she’s also very funny, playing around all the time.”
Some Love Island fans had insisted that Luca, 23, wanted to win the show and played up to the cameras in order to do so, but Nathalia said it was “the opposite.”

She added: “I actually think it was the total opposite because they’d been in there so long.”
Brunette bombshell Nathalia also said she believes winners Ekin-Su and Davide have a “genuine” connection.
“Their connection is genuine, for sure. If anything, me going in there proved it even more. You can see they like each other, the way he looks at her,” the beauty explained.
She added: “I have no regrets. I got in there a bit too late. They should have got me in earlier. I’m definitely making no attempt for him [Davide] at the reunion.”

Nathalia was dumped from the villa alongside fellow Islanders Lacey Edwards, Reece Ford and Deji Adeniyi.
At the time of her exit, Nathalia said: “I walked in I thought there could be something for me but after being there I saw that the couples in there had a strong connection having been together for a long time so I don’t think more time would change that.”
