AMANDA Owen thrilled fans when she revealed her farming family had gotten even bigger.

Alongside a series of snaps Yorkshire Shepherdess Amanda shared how her Jack Russell, Sprout, had become a ‘proud mum’ as she welcomed a litter of puppies.

The proud mother-of-nine showcased her children spending quality time with the newborns on social media.

The child stars of the rural reality TV series looked lovingly at the new pooches as they shared tender moments with them.

Amanda’s followers shared their well-wishes with one writing: “Welcome pups, well done Sprout x”.

Another follower added: “Well done Sprout they’re beautiful”.

A third shared: “Oh my gosh they are gorgeous, love Jack Russell terriers”.

This latest piece of good news comes after the Yorkshire Shepherdess shared her delight over her eldest daughter Raven’s impressive new role.

She revealed that Raven had been spending her time working as an NHS volunteer.

She shared a picture of the 21-year-old with a certificate of gratitude from their local NHS trust.

It read: "Thank you for your dedication to both our staff and patients. Please find enclosed a special volunteering pin to recognise and thank you for your contribution to our Trust."

Amanda's followers also piled in with praise. One wrote: "Well done Raven, setting such a good example to your siblings and all young people x."

Another added: "What a beautiful young lady Raven is turning into, well done for the recognition of your volunteering."

It’s the latest piece of impressive news for Raven who recently secured a first class honours degree in Biomedical Science from York St John’s University.
