JACQUELINE Jossa has been praised by fans after sharing a body positive message on holiday.
The ex EastEnders star danced in a bikini in a recent video and spoke about the importance of being comfortable in her skin in front of her kids.
She was miming the lyrics to the song Victoria's Secret by Jax which say: "God, I wish somebody would've told me / When I was younger that all bodies aren't the same / Photoshop, itty bitty models on magazine covers / Told me I was overweight.
"I stopped eating, what a bummer / Can't have carbs in a hot girl summer."
She then panned the camera to daughters Ella, seven, and Mia, four, who danced along with her while she waved a French baguette in the air.
She said: "My girls are always watching me..

"Have to be so careful how I speak about myself.
"Just a little reminder for all of you, but also for me as I go on holiday trying to to critique what I see in the mirror, and avoid bread and Alioli which lets face it ISNT GOING TO HAPPEN."
Fellow famous mum Sam Faiers wrote back: "Never in a million years.. Alioli is a holiday essential you look gorgeous and happy and that’s everything x x x."

It comes as her husband Dan Osborne showed off his collection of huge tattoos of his children - and revealed he's not done yet.

The former Towie star, 31, shares daughters Ella and Mia with wife Jacqueline and is also dad to son Teddy, eight, from a previous relationship.
The lifelike images cover his right thigh and include snaps of his kids when they were babies.
