Red Rose cast: Who is starring in BBC drama?
NEW BBC Three drama Red Rose follows a group of school pupils who discover the dangers of the dark web.
The series is set in Bolton where the students are supposed to be having a summer of fun, but who is in the new show?
Who is in the cast of Red Rose?
Isis Hainsworth
Isis plays the main character of Rochelle Mason in BBC drama Red Rose.
She already has some notable acting credits under her belt including Metal Lords, Catherine Called Birdy and the film, Emma.
Isis moved to London when she was just 18 to pursue her acting dreams but during the pandemic moved back to her home of Edinburgh.
Isis said about the role: “Red Rose is a warning about the bad things that can go on there [social media], and are going on.
“With phones, if there’s bullying it can follow you everywhere. You’re not safe if you go home. Even in your bedroom it can get you.”

Amelia Clarkson
Amelia is Wren Davis who is another lead character in the show.
She is already recognisable thanks to her part in Poldark.
The actress played the role of Aelflaed in Netflix show The Last Kingdom.
She also starred in Knightfall, Our Zoo and The Sarah Jane Adventures.
Natalie Gavin
Natalie Gavin is playing Rachel Davis.
The star will be recognised from her parts in Shameless, Prisoners' Wives, Ali & Ava, Hector, Gentleman Jack and The Syndicate.
Adam Nagaitis
Adam Nagaitis is taking on the role of Rick Bennett who is the estranged partner of Rachel.
He starred in the award-winning drama, Chernobyl, and The Terror.
Ashna Rabheru
The character of Jaya in the new drama is being portrayed by Ashna Rabheru.
She has previously acted in shows such as Sex Education, Indian Summers and Teenage Kicks.

Red Rose began on Monday, August 15, 2022, at 10pm on BBC Three.
