LOVE Island's Ekin-Su Culculoglu was left red-faced after her boyfriend Davide Sanclimenti exposed her weird birthday moment.
The Italian hunk, 27, pulled out all the stops to celebrate Ekin-Su's 28th birthday yesterday.

The couple - who won this year's series of Love Island - decided to make a weekend of her special day and checked in at a hotel suite in London.
Davide decorated the room with an epic balloon display, two-tier cake and a yellow beanbag.
The pair also went out to celebrate at a night club.
Ekin-Su got slightly peckish during the evening and munched on a very random choice of snack.

Davide filmed his girlfriend eating some broccoli while sat down at a booth at the club.
He wrote on his Instagram Story: "Broccoli on a night out. You ok baby girl?" with two laughing emojis and the smiling face with heart emojis.
As he filmed her, Ekin-Su giggled and tried to cover her face.
The Love Island king also took to his story to share the amazing hotel that they stayed in.

Davide shared a video of the birthday girl gasping and shouting: "Oh my god, no you didn't!" as she walked into their suite, which was decked out with presents.
"She thought I didn't get anything for her birthday," Davide captioned the video, followed by a cheeky smile.
Ekin-Su later shared snaps of herself sat on the beanbag and tucking into the cake.
She captioned the pictures: "I have the best boyfriend in the world 🌎. Came in to the room completely oblivious that my man surprised me… I just can’t 🥺He even made sure my yellow bean bag was here…. Thank you so much @davidesancli."

It was a lovely surprise considering Ekin-Su thought that he didn't get her anything for her birthday.
Earlier on in the day, the Italian hunk surprised her at her door after not seeing each other for more than a week.
