Coleen Rooney out-earns Wayne as she signs multi-million pound Disney+ deal for rights to her Wagatha Christie tale
COLEEN Rooney has signed a multimillion-pound deal with Disney+ and will now earn more than husband Wayne.
The streaming giant is paying for the rights to the mum of four’s tell-all Wagatha Christie documentary, The Sun can reveal.
Coleen, 36, signed up after a bidding war with rival networks including Amazon Prime, Netflix and Discovery.
The warts and all production, about her falling out with ex-pal and Wag Rebekah Vardy, 40, will be made by Lorton Entertainment, which released Wayne’s Rooney documentary this year.
Last night, a source said: “This is a massive deal for Coleen — in every sense. For the first time in 20 years, she will be the main breadwinner.”
Wayne, 36, who manages MLS side DC United in Washington, US, earns a reported £800,000 a year.

Our source went on: “She is also getting across her own side of the story in terms of Wagatha Christie.
"Since her first damning social media post outing Rebekah, she has remained steadfastly silent.
"Now the public will see first hand the toll this whole case took on her, and her family — and why she took the action she took.
“Cameras had — and continue to have — unfiltered access to her home. Viewers will see what was going on in Coleen’s head in the weeks after her infamous ‘…it’s Rebekah Vardy’s account’ post. It will be TV dynamite.”

Coleen, who has been with ex-Man Utd and England striker Wayne since the age of 16, won a libel case last month brought by her Wag rival, who she had accused of selling stories about her to the media.
Both women racked-up about £1.5million in legal fees, with a hearing set for September 21 to decide who pays what.
Rebekah maintains her innocence and is being wooed by TV companies for her side of the story.
