Sheridan Smith plasters herself across window after knocking back gin and prosecco during five hour booze session
ACTRESS Sheridan Smith is in high spirits as she plasters herself across the window of a beauty salon after a five-hour booze session.
The Cilla and Mrs Biggs star, 41, puffed on cigarettes and knocked back glasses of gin and prosecco-based spritzer Hugo during the session at a bistro this week.
And Sheridan was seen pulling funny faces and laughing as she chatted to pals on a table scattered with empty shot glasses.
A worker at Turkish restaurant Kilis Kitchen, in Islington, north London, said: “She was drinking here for a while.
“This was the first time she has been here. They seemed to have a great time.”
One onlooker added: “Sheridan arrived in the early evening and was joined by more mates through the night before leaving around 11pm.

“They were all in very high spirits and were larking about, enjoying each other’s company.
“Sheridan seemed to be the life and soul of the party and was on great form.
“Who knows why she was posing on the beauty salon window? Maybe she needed a shampoo.
“The group seemed quite well-oiled towards the end of the night, but they didn’t cause any trouble or disrupt anyone else. It was all good fun among pals.”

Sheridan recently starred in The Railway Children Return alongside original star Jenny Agutter, 69.
She also appeared in ITV’s Starstruck earlier this year, but quit after just one series in April.
Last year, The Sun told how the Bafta-winning actress was lucky to be alive after a car crash which saw her Range Rover swerve off the road and into a tree.
Sheridan, who has a son with former fiancé Jamie Horn, 32, was said to be in the car with boyfriend Alex Lawler, 40, at the time of the crash in Little Sampford, Essex.
Neither were at the scene when the vehicle was found.
The smash came 90 minutes before an episode of The Jonathan Ross Show aired on ITV — which had sparked furious claims from Sheridan after the recording that it was “sexist”.

She raged at production staff and members of her team, prompting an intervention from host Jonathan.
Police later confirmed no further action would be taken over the crash.
