KIM Kardashian has sparked concern after posing in a new racy new SKIMS ad on Wednesday.
Her nude bodysuit hung off her tiny waist and thin arms amid fan fears that she is dangerously too thin.
Kim, 41, flaunted her thinning figure in the wild new SKIMS ad.
She wore her bleach-blonde hair down as proclaimed: "Guys these are the most comfortable bras you will ever wear," as the Instagram began.
The new line of underwire bras is launching on September 27th, which claimed said took three years to invent.
"We've designed these bras with the comfiest and most innovative of technologies" the Kardashians star promised as the video cut through shots of her in different bras - some quite showy.
The new underwire bras will fit "every need, shape, want you could possibly imagine" Kim continued, as fans were happy to also see women of different body types too.
But most honed in on the opening segment - as she wore an outfit that did not appear to fit her properly.
Her nude-beige long-sleeve shirt and matching leggings glaringly had extra folds of fabric along her scant waist and wire-thin arms.
"What is Kim wearing?" one wondered on Instagram.

MONROE NO!
Kim has faced backlash since she proudly admitted to dropping 16lbs in three weeks to fit into Marilyn Monroe’s iconic dress for the Met Gala in May.
She recently hit back at critics of her weight loss, insisting she has dropped the weight in a "healthy way."
“If I was starving and doing it really unhealthy, I would say that, of course, that’s not a good message," the Hulu star told
"But I had a nutritionist, I had a trainer. I have never drunk more water in my life.
"I don’t see the criticism for other people when they lost weight for roles — they are [considered] geniuses for their craft.”
