She’s since admitted that she didn’t experience the “overwhelming feeling of love” when she first held the tot.

Georgia shared: “I was looking at this baby like, ‘is this mine?’” and added that she experienced “feelings of guilt.”

In a chat with Closer, the reality star continued to say that her confidence as a mum has since grown, as she shared: “Looking back now, I’m quite proud of myself.

“It was a very scary time and I didn’t know it was normal to have those feelings, so that’s why I’m very open in case anyone else is going through it.

Towie star Georgia had a secret battle with postnatal depression and she’s since shared her struggle to bond with her son.

She added: “When I was pregnant, I didn’t think past being pregnant. When I had Brody, I’d never changed a nappy or fed a baby.

“Everything was new to me. It’s been scary, but every little thing is like a little milestone for me.”

Georgia admitted there were a lot of moments she’d cry or take a deep breath during motherhood.

She shared: “There are challenges but moments that make you smile too. There’s no handbook. It’s like a full-time job that you can’t quit.

“You just try your best. That’s all you can do.”
