I’m a Celeb contestants who haven’t aged a DAY since stunning in the jungle as Myleene Klass joins All Stars line-up
ALONG with the gruesome Bushtucker trials and Ant and Dec, I’m a Celeb’s famous shower scenes have kept viewers tuning in over the years.
Myleene Klass in her white bikini is, arguably, the most memorable moment in the series’ entire history.
This week, we revealed the TV presenter has signed up to take part in the All Stars series of I’m A Celeb – and is sure to recreate that scene 16 years later.
And handily, at the age of 44, her stunning figure means she’s barely aged a day.
But she’s not the only former I’m A Celeb contestant who looks better than ever years after leaving the jungle.
We reveal how the likes of Melanie Sykes and Gemma Atkinson have stayed in shape – with some appearing even fitter now.

Melanie Sykes
Mel Sykes put in a lot of shower time in the 2014 series of I’m A Celeb, as she got to the final three.
Now 52, she’s as toned as ever, and says it’s down to prioritising keeping her “core strong and me, balanced”.
In an Instagram post last year, mum-of-two Mel said: “My endorphins are high and my body feels good. I alternate yoga and then weights daily and it’s working for me.
“I encourage you all to stay active, maintain your core strength & flexibility, which will help you have a much happier, active life.”
Fleur East
Fleur East is hoping to pick up the Glitterball trophy in this year’s series of Strictly Come Dancing – but it’s not her first foray into reality TV, having come fourth in I’m A Celeb in 2018.
The former X Factor star, 34, has always had a six-pack to die for, and has loved working out from a young age, recalling how she and her dad would even do mini workouts before school.
Last year, she revealed how not exercising during the national lockdown affected her.
“I actually found not working out showed me how much I value it,” she told . “I didn’t feel good in myself and wasn’t confident. So as soon as I had a little reset, I loved it again.
“That’s what I mean when I say, you’ve got to just make it a part of your everyday life and who you are. You can’t see it as a punishment.
“Go to the gym or do that workout. It’s just part of your routine.”
Gemma Atkinson
Former Emmerdale star Gemma Atkinson took part in I’m A Celeb all the way back in 2007.
And she’s another one who looks even better all these years later – especially as she’s now a fitness influencer.
Gemma, 37 – and now a mum – consistently shares Instagram posts of herself and her fiance Gorka Marquez exercising in their home gym on Instagram.
She uses everything from free weights to resistance bands – and also loves to skip, and include cardio.
In fact, Gemma sees exercise as her outlet when it comes to stress – which explains a lot.
She said: “I need to sweat, and grunt, release those happy hormones and have that ‘me time’.
“I instantly feel better after my session. It’s like a light switch!”
Ashley Roberts
The 2012 series of I’m A Celeb saw Pussycat Dolls star Ashley Roberts strut her stuff in the jungle.
Now 41, and a Heart FM presenter, she has barely aged a day – and she’s confessed dancing has massively helped her stay in shape.
She told : “Some people don’t think of dancers as athletes but that’s garbage. All-day sessions in the studio are hardcore total-body workouts.
“I did ballet, tap, modern and lyrical – all different styles that tested my fitness and worked my muscles in different ways.”
She added that lifting weights is her go-to workout these days.
“Lifting gets my heart rate up and makes me look amazing, but more importantly it makes me feel strong,” she said. “Scrap that, I don’t just feel strong – I am strong, and I think it’s important for women to feel that way.”
Helen Flanagan
Since appearing in I’m A Celeb in 2012 – and infamously failing to even attempt many of the Bushtucker trials she was put up for – Helen Flanagan has become a mum to three children.
But the 32-year-old actress still looks the same as she did in the jungle.
Earlier this year, Helen revealed she was trying to get back into fitness after giving birth to her youngest son, 18-months-old Charlie.
She wrote on Instagram: “Trying to build my fitness up since having Charlie.
“My goals are: to be stronger, to be more fit in general, my tummy muscles stick out a bit after having Charlie so be good to have them brought back in, to not have a bum like a pancake.”
Amy Willerton
Amy Willerton was Miss Universe when she entered the I’m A Celeb jungle in 2013 – so, naturally, she looked incredible in a bikini, and caught the eye of campmate Joey Essex.
Now, aged 30, she still looks amazing, thanks to an active lifestyle in Ibiza – despite having recently split with her fiance after seven years together.
She told the Mail: “I run, I pump weights, do yoga, and generally try to keep my adrenaline pumping for the best results.
“I’m trying to eat smaller portions more regularly right now, but it can be hard, especially after exercise.”
Lisa Snowdon
Heart FM presenter Lisa Snowdon took part in the 2016 series of I’m A Celeb, and set pulses racing in her bikini on more than one occasion.
Having turned 50 this year, she actually looks better than ever, but admits it’s got a lot harder to stay in shape.
She told : “Since I reached my thirties, I’ve noticed my body has changed – particularly my belly.
“It’s definitely harder to stay toned now that I’m getting older. You have to work twice as hard to keep things in the same place”.

For this reason, Lisa has the help of a personal trainer twice a week, and has a unique tip when it comes to food.
“If I’m hungry and I use a fork, I shovel food in like an absolute cannibal, but with chopsticks I chew more and it takes longer,” she told . “It’s a good method to trick myself into eating less.”
