MARRIED At First Sight UK has been forced to STOP filming amid a shock wife swap that threw the show into total chaos.
One of the experts opened up about how the cameras were turned off on the E4 show after the "wild swap" of partners.
Paul C Brunson - who helps put the partnerships together on the controversial show - revealed that filming stopped at one point.
He explained that a wife swap was behind the decision, as the contestants were given time to cool off during the drama.
"It was honestly the most wild swap," Paul, 46, told . "So much so, that it was a challenge for myself, Charlene and Mel.
"We debated it for a long time. We had even stopped filming before the scene because we were still debating it out, so the scene was delayed because we were discussing letting them carry on.

It comes after it was revealed that a WILD wife swap is due to happen on the show - after Whitney CHEATS on her husband Duka.
Whitney and Duka's marriage didn't get off to the best of starts after she was slammed for "mocking" his name during the big day and a huge bust-up on their honeymoon.
Heartbreak is on the horizon for them with Whitney spending the night with fellow MAFS UK star Matt Murray - who also betrays his wife, Gemma Rose.
The reports that Whitney and Matt's affair comes while the couples are spending time together at a retreat.

According to the publication viewers will see Gemma break down in tears when the infidelity comes to light - with Whitney and Matt looking to swap partners.
A source said: "Whitney and Matt truly shocked the other members of the cast by cheating on their partners – not only because of the hurt it caused but the circumstances too.
"The pairs had gone away to a couples retreat and were there to focus on their relationships, but Whitney and Matt had other ideas."
Whitney was previously blasted by angry viewers who accused her of using the show to get famous.
One raged on Twitter: "Whitney aint singing ‘I will always love you’ - I think she’s in this to be on tv and for the ‘fame’. Just sayin."
Another wrote: "Whitney signs up to a show where you get married at first sight. Then makes a scene when she has to get married at first sight. Fame hungry comes to mind."
A third blasted: "Whitney is so ungrateful. Looks like she only wants her 5 minutes of fame, by coming on the show. No interest at all in Duka."
And a fourth even demanded: "Whitney's on here for 10 mins of fame. Get rid."
