EastEnders’ Letitia Dean looks slimmer than ever as she cuddles onscreen brother James Farrar’s baby

EASTENDERS star Letitia Dean beams in a new photo with her on-screen brother James Farrar’s baby.

The actress, 54, is all smiles in a snap with the tot whose dad plays Zack Hudson on the BBC One soap.

Letitia, who plays Sharon Watts in the BBC soap, wore a black and white poloneck jumper and black leggings.

Earlier this year she left fans shocked with her incredible weight-loss and was re-branded as the "skinny Queen" of Walford by viewers, after she dropped an incredible FOUR dress sizes.

In just four months, the actress revealed she had dropped from 10st 4lbs to 8st 3lbs - and just by switching up her diet.

Alongside a new exercise regime, the star reduced her calorie intake to just 1,300 in order to quickly shed the pounds.

She was careful to only focus on "healthy food" - like pitta bread and chicken breast, and "lots of greens".

"It was incredible," she told . "I found I had so much more energy than when I used to eat junk food."

"The cabbage soup diet, the Atkins and a disgusting eggs-only diet," she once said of her weight loss secret.

The actress also suffered a devastating loss in June when she revealed her beloved father had passed away.

The EastEnders actress dedicated her Outstanding Achievement award win to her late father in an emotional speech.

She said on stage at the British Soap Awards: "I lost my daddy a week ago, so this is for my daddy, I hope he's proud.

"And for my darling mummy, and I hope you enjoy your fish and chips. But seriously, thank you guys.

"I'm not very good at this public speaking, but I do love you all and thank you so much for the way you love me."
