Body SOS star breaks down in tears over body transformation after shedding 12st before ‘thigh lift’ surgery

A PARTICIPANT on Send Nudes: Body SOS broke down in tears as she opened up about her incredible weight loss.

Viewers were introduced to mum-of-one Leah as she took part in the brand new E4 show.

Presented by Vogue Williams, the new series leaves nothing to the imagination as the participants bare all.

The series explores body image issues and hears from people who are hung up on their appearance and considering plastic surgery.

With the help of virtual reality, contestants are shown what they could look like if they went ahead with the surgery.

Introducing herself, Leah told viewers: "I struggled with my weight since as long as I could remember.

"There was no switch off button in my brain, I could literally eat, eat, eat and never felt satisfied."

She continued by revealing she had reached 22 stone less than 12 months after her son was born.

"That was like breaking point," as she started to get emotional.

"It was hard, it was something that I wanted to change but had no control over."

Leah had gastric bypass surgery and lost nearly 12 stone, telling viewers: "I'm just so proud of myself that I've got somewhere where I'd never though I'd be."

She recently had a tummy tuck with a body lift to help remove excess skin and also an arm lift.

However, Leah needs more surgery to fully remove excess skin - but she's not sure if she wants to go through it all again.

That's why she appeared on the show as a virtual reality animation showed her what she'd look like if she decides to go under the knife again.

After being shown three potential options for surgery, Leah ultimately decided to hold off with surgery.

She revealed at the end of the show that she had a breast lift and armpit skin removal so was giving herself time to heal.

Send Nudes: Body SOS airs Wednesdays at 10pm on E4.
