MAFS UK star Gemma reveals ‘terrifying’ moment groom threatened to ‘choke her in bed’ – but it was NEVER shown on TV
MARRIED At First Sight star Gemma has revealed the "terrifying" moment her groom threatened to "choke her in her bed".
The bride - who was married on the controversial E4 dating show earlier this month - said the horrifying moment wasn't shown on TV.
Gemma, 30, who was married to Matt Murray in this series of MAFS UK, said she was left "wanting to die" following her experience with her "aggressive" other half.
The mum-of-two was seen breaking down in tears this week as her husband's infidelity with fellow bride Whtiney came to light.
Since then, the reality TV star opened up about suffering from "multiple panic attacks" after she was "coerced" by producers to stay on the show with Matt, despite asking to leave the experiment.
She told the : "Matt slut-shamed me... He made very similar comments to me on the wedding day that didn't make the edit.

"He asked me, 'Do you like it rough? I'm going to choke you in the bedroom'. It's been made to look like he was the victim when he just didn't find me attractive."
Gemma and Matt's fiery relationship immediately piqued the interest of viewers following their sexually charged first meeting down the aisle.
However, when the wedding night rolled round, Matt decided to slow things down, much to their surprise, before later going on to say he didn't find his new wife attractive.
The upset bride also felt mortified that the edit of one episode made it sound like she had masturbated in a restaurant.

At times, Gemma said heavily-tattooed Matt's body language was "aggressive and intimidating", and would leave her feeling unsafe.
"I had multiple panic attacks," Gemma added in her new interview. "I feel like I didn't sleep because I would wake up just as exhausted as I did when I went to bed.
"It was the worst experience of my life. I felt trapped. We weren't being held hostage but if you said 'I have to go now'.
"I wouldn't call it manipulation but there was coercion on their side to convince you to stay."
A Channel 4 Spokesperson told the publication: "Married at First Sight UK episodes are carefully put together and we ensure that what we broadcast is a fair and accurate reflection of the events that unfolded.
"Contributor care and safety is of paramount importance and we work closely with our production partners to ensure robust contributor care protocols are in place and that appropriate support is available to contributors before, during and after broadcast, including access to our experts and an independent psychologist."
It comes after it was revealed that Matt Murray and Whitney Hughes are due to be DUMPED from the show.
As the pair sat down the experts last night, they asked whether they would be allowed to continue on as a new couple.
Matt's request didn't go down well with the other surviving couples, who slammed him for undermining the experiment.
"In my opinion if you and Whitney do stay it discredits the process," Jordan told the pair, as Matt's former wife Gemma added: "If you haven't tried your marriage, why should you get someone new?"

"This is a really complex situation... It's one we don't take lightly at all," expert Mel could be heard saying at the end of the show last night.
Meanwhile Married At First Sight fans were left furious last night - and SLAMMED Whitney and Matt, calling them "fake".
