Strictly’s Karen Hauer takes cheeky swipe at her past celeb partners on BBC show
STRICTLY Come Dancing’s Karen Hauer has taken a cheeky swipe at her past celebrity partners on the BBC show.
The 40-year-old, who is currently paired with Jayde Adams, joined the programme as a professional dancer in 2012.
Over the past 10 years Karen has been partnered with a number of incredible famous faces including Mark Wright, Will Young, Chris Ramsey and Jamie Laing.
This year is the first time that the Venezuelan-American star has danced with a female celebrity as part of the BBC competition.
She recently confessed she feels “more comfortable” with women, which could be a bit of a dig at everyone she has been paired with in the past.
“It is true I think but I think that’s what you need in a partnership: you have to be comfortable with one another,” Karen recently told the.

“Our communications really good like we can chat and talk as coach and student or as friends or as women.
“It’s amazing the levels that we go into, the topics and obviously the dancing we can really connect everything to that.
“I definitely have never felt this comfortable with any other partner – don’t tell them.”
Jayde and Karen danced the Tango to Rumour Has It by Adele.
They were awarded 26 points from the judges and are in 11th place on the leader board.
Last week she revealed that she was dancing to one of the Easy On Me singer’s songs on Instagram.
Sharing a snap of herself on Instagram which resembled Adele, she said: “Rumour Has It me and Karen are doing a Tango to Adele this Saturday night!
“It’s not unknown how much I stan our finest export, and I used to be an Adele drag act back in the day so this is gonna be special!”
On Strictly’s spin-off show It Takes Two, Jayde also revealed she began her showbiz career performing as an Adele drag act.

The celebrity out in front at the moment is CBBC presenter Molly Rainford, who has got a total of 65 points in the competition so far.
