A Place in the Sun star Laura Hamilton’s secret Harry Potter role revealed – before quitting films for good
LAURA Hamilton has revealed she had a secret role on one of the Harry Potter movies.
Before joining A Place in the Sun a decade ago Laura, 40, worked on a number of other TV shows and films - including the hugely successful wizarding franchise.
Laura said: "I directed on the background of some of Goblet of Fire."
However she didn't stick with movies for very long, and added: "I found film was incredibly slow for me.
"I think that's why I like the live stuff but again it was an amazing experience."
Discussing her time working alongside the star-studded cast, Laura added to the : "I didn't get to talk to them but obviously, you know, you're walking past and you're like 'there's Daniel Radcliffe over there and there's Emma Watson over there'."

Earlier this week Laura opened up about the possibility of stripping off for a sexy calendar shoot with co-stars including Jasmine Harman.
This wouldn't be the first time Laura has done something like this - back in 2017 the TV host stripped off to some sexy lingerie sets for her very own calendar and fans went wild.
And when she was asked about her glamorous shoot from a few years ago, Laura said she occasionally gets messages from people who say "are you going to do another one?"
She added: "But that was when I was in good shape because I was working out. But maybe Jas (Jasmine Harman) and I should do one together - should get all the Place in the Sun ladies together and for charity do a calendar."

Laura revealed she often receives X-rated messages and photos on social media, because she posts glamorous snaps of her wearing swimwear.
But Laura said she doesn't mind being labelled as a "pin-up" thanks to her stunning looks and selfies.
She gushed over how "really nice" it is to be dubbed as a "national beauty".
