Jeremy Clarkson appeals against order to close Diddly Squat restaurant & café
JEREMY Clarkson is appealing against an order to close his Diddly Squat restaurant and café.
The TV host-turned-farmer’s planning application was turned down for the third time.
He was told the facilities with parking were “visually intrusive and harmful” to the area.
The Amazon Prime star was told to dismantle the dining area within six weeks in August but he said this would harm his business and staff.
Jeremy, 62, opened the converted barn in July in Chadlington, West Oxon.
Jeremy recently shared his thoughts on daughter Emily’s new husband, Alex Andrew, after their May wedding.

Emily, who works as a writer, said Alex had made her “the happiest girl in the whole wide world” when they got engaged in 2020.
