Strictly’s Nadiya Bychkova shares true feelings about working with partner Matt Goss after ‘feud’ rumours
STRICTLY Come Dancing star Nadiya Bychkova, 32, has revealed how she really feels about working with partner Matt Goss.
Pro Nadiya is currently competing alongside 54-year-old singer Matt on the hit BBC show, and rumours of a ‘feud’ previously circulated.
Those watching at home weren’t completely convinced about their partnership and speculated that it might not be completely rosy in their camp, with feelings further exasperated when fans spotted Matt appearing to pull Nadiya into shot as the stars spoke to host Claudia Winkleman.
But mum-of-one Nadiya has now opened up in an exclusive chat with The Sun, admitting that while Matt is a “really private person,” she “loves teaching him.”
Nadiya shared: “He approaches every task with such care and as his teacher, this is just a dream.
“Having competed all my life, it’s wonderful to train with someone who has the same hard-working attitude.”

Sharing an insight into their rehearsals, Nadiya continued: “We often have his dog Reggie here rehearsing with us and between dances I get to hear Matt sing - lucky me!
“That’s where he feels most relaxed, at the piano singing. We are taking this week by week and we are grateful for every moment.”
Strictly fans recently rallied to “support” Matt after accusing him of being “set upon” by show judges.
The duo performed on Movies Week to Top Gun: Maverick track Hold My Hand.
Yet despite their emotion-packed routines and smooth moves, they were only awarded a three from Strictly Come Dancing judge Craig Revel Horwood.
Some quarters have suggested Craig and fellow judge Shirley have created a "hate train" towards the popstar with personal remarks, while others have called out Matt's "shy" demeanour.
After hovering at the bottom of the results table on Saturday, Nadiya has now shared who she thinks their biggest competition is.
Nadiya shared: “It has always been my mentality to focus on what I’m doing, and Matt feels the same. As a competitor you always strive to be better.
“On the show this year, it’s such a beautiful line up and everyone is so supportive of one another. All cheering each other on from the side-lines it’s a very special atmosphere.
“I wish we could all stay in the competition and have the best pair win the final. It’s sad to see people go each week – it’s one big family.”
