Bloodlands viewers seriously distracted by ‘wardrobe malfunction’ in middle of golf scene
BLOODLANDS viewers were left scratching their heads after a wardrobe malfunction during a golf scene.
On Sunday, the procedural drama landed on screens for a new instalment – but it soon left fans questioning one fine detail.
The latest episode picked up right after last week’s shock ending, which saw DC Billy ‘Birdy’ Bird meet his death.
The ambitious officer was killed in his car after Olivia Foyle used DCI Tom Brannick’s gun to pull the trigger.
She had the highly sought-after gold and was on the run which left the corrupt Brannick out of options.
However, Brannick was unaware his colleague DS Niamh McGovernn was growing more suspicious.

Olivia interrupted his game of golf to discuss the gold but, as their conversation became tense, viewers were left distracted by his outfit.
The mob boss sported a thick sweatshirt which left fans questioning if it was the correct attire to wear while playing golf.
Taking to Twitter, one person penned: “Wardrobe malfunction on the golf course. A sweatshirt…”
Echoing their comments, someone else said: “What golf club allows sweatshirts?”
However, Ryan wasn’t the only one who had his outfit questioned as fans also slammed Olivia’s choices.
As she stepped foot on the grass it became clear that her gold heel wasn’t suitable for golf as she wiped her wiped the soles of her shoes.
While wearing a long winter coat, Olivia also had a swing of the bat as they continued to discuss business.
A third viewer added: “One player wearing a sweatshirt, the other in golden heels. The golf club committee won’t be amused.”
Bloodlands continues on Sunday at 9pm on BBC One.
