CAROL Vorderman showed off her stunning hourglass figure on a night out in London after revealing her fitness secrets.

The 61-year-old looked incredible as she attended the star studded Tina Turner musical press night in the capital on Tuesday evening.

Carol was all smiles as she seen leaving the event in a tight red midi dress that emphasised her amazing curves.

She completed the look with a silver belt to tie her in at the waist, black high heels and a black bag.

The former Countdown star styled her hair into loose curls and wore a smoky eye makeup look.

Earlier on in the day Carol attended Westminster for a special menopause rally.

She took to her Instagram Stories on World Menopause Day to write: "I'm on my way to the Houses of Parliament to join a rallying cry."

Carol tagged the Menopause Mandate Instagram account - which organised the event.

The TV star has previously told how suffering from the menopause left her sobbing and "unable to look ahead."

She looked absolutely amazing in the pillar box red dress yesterday throughout her busy day.

Earlier this week Carol gave a look at her fitness routine that has helped her stay in such good shape.

She shared the secrets for sculpting her famous curves with kettlebell squats and hip thrusts in a video shared on social media.

She also kept a smile on her face as she whipped battle ropes and did various presses, including a crossfit favourite: devil press.

The telly favourite showed off her toned abs in a crop top for a workout as well.
