WILL Mellor has revealed he is the '"fittest he's felt in years", thanks to taking part in Strictly.
The 46-year-old actor, who is paired with pro dancer Nancy Xu, 31, also talked about how his wife is impressed with his new physique too.
Will - who has been married to Michelle McSween for 15 years - said she even called him a "sex god".
Speaking to the he said: “My wife certainly doesn’t mind… I look good now.
“I’m 46 – I’m not a young man anymore, but I feel the fittest I’ve felt in years. It’s really good.”
He added: “It’s a shame that when Strictly finishes, it’s not summer so that I can get my shirt off on a beach somewhere.

“I might have to fly somewhere hot when this is all over just so I can get my new body out!”
Despite his wife approving of his Strictly stint, Will confessed that his teenage children, Jayden, 18, and 13-year-old Renee, are less than impressed.
He said: “My kids don’t find it cool when I’m dancing around the house."
Meanwhile, despite being in top physical shape, earlier this week Will revealed he was so poorly on last Saturday night's show he "couldn't stand" and was secretly being "held up" by his dance partner.
He had just four hours' training the previous week after being wiped out by a virus.
Will battled through to perform last weekend - but was punished by the judges with their scores.
He was awarded just 23 out of 40 for his rumba with pro dancer Nancy.
Nany told spin-off show It Takes Two on Thursday: "It was a challenging week and Will still put himself out there to show people what he could give to the show.
"I was worried about him. He could barely stand, I was holding him. He is my winner for sure."
