The actress was born on August 24, 1981, in Oxfordshire.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in acting at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
Her studies continued at the University Of Edinburgh with a master’s in English Literature.

It had been previously reported by The Sun that Fergie herself offered the producers of The Crown her expertise, but they turned her down.
Fergie said she offered up her services to help make her portrayal more accurate in the fifth season.
