A PLACE in the Sun's Leah Charles-King was left grinding her teeth as she was given a "final warning" from a picky couple on the Channel 4 show.
Things got a little bit awkward for host Leah, as she was left red-faced after a slightly uncomfortable encounter with a couple during a property search.
During Thursday's episode of A Place in the Sun Terry and Susan asked for Channel 4's help in finding their dream home in southern Spain.
With a budget of £120,000 the couple had hopes of finding a three-bedroom property in Mijas Costa that they could make their home.
The couple were also hoping for two bathrooms and a communal pool, and with a beach nearby.
It was clear Leah had her work cut out for her as things didn't go too smoothly at the start.

The property host showed the couple the first property, a two-bedroom apartment for just under £119,000 but they instantly turned it down saying it was "outdated" and "too small".
The next property Leah had up her sleeve was a two-bedroom house with one and half bathrooms on the market for "129,000. This was turned down immediately as Terry said he would be having knee surgery and so the stairs would be an issue.
After viewing two more properties, Leah asked the couple if they wanted to see the last property and Terry gave a bold warning to Leah.
He said: "That will do, final chance!"

The cheeky final warning left poor Leah grinding her teeth, and a little embarrassed.
Although the couple did eventually come around and agreed to see the fifth property, it was quickly dismissed.
In the end they decided to end the search until they had a bigger budget so they purchase their ideal home.
A Place in the Sun airs weekdays at 3pm on Channel 4 and All 4
