Huge TV star agrees to host Big Brother reboot and is finalising contract with ITV
AJ Odudu is in final talks to be the Big Brother host, The Sun can reveal.
The TV star has agreed to take the role and ITV are finalising her contract.
It is a major promotion for AJ, 34, who previously co-presented Big Brother spin-off show, Bit On The Side, in 2013.
A source said: “AJ has been offered the Big Brother job and jumped at the opportunity. It’s a huge boost to her career.
“AJ and ITV are still ironing out details in her contract but she has told a lot of people the job is hers.”
Big Brother is coming back later next year following a six-year hiatus.

ITV have revamped the format and are going back to basics on the series, which first aired as a social experiment on Channel 4 in 2000.
AJ beat off stiff competition from stars including Alison Hammond, who was a front-runner for the job, and comedian Emily Atack and Radio 1 DJ Vick Hope.
Blackburn-born AJ became a household name after appearing on Strictly Come Dancing last year.
An ITV spokesperson said: “All suggestions surrounding the host are speculation at this stage.”
