Kardashian fans accuse Kim of ‘faking’ mom Kris Jenner’s interruption at awards show after viewing new video

KIM Kardashian has been accused of faking her mom Kris Jenner’s Interruption during the CFDA Award ceremony.

The Hulu star was awarded the inaugural Council of Fashion Designers of America innovation award for her shapewear brand, Skims.

A video, captioned “Kris Jenner’s phone goes off during Kim Kardashian’s CFDA awards speech,” was posted to TikTok Monday.

The recording showed the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum giving her acceptance speech on stage.

Kim, 42, is in the middle of thanking the CFDA and Amazon Fashion for “recognizing Skims” when a cell phone rings somewhere in the audience.

Without missing a beat, the Skims founder remarks “Mom turn your phone off.”

The crowd erupted with laughter as Kris, 66, flashed her smile during the moment.

TikTok users were quick to comment on the humorous mother-daughter moment as many accused the interruption of being staged.

One person wrote: “That was so rehearsed,” while another added, “That definitely is planned sorry, not sorry.”

A third fan asked: “How did she know that was her mom’s phone though? Out of the whole audience?”

“You know Kris did that on purpose so they could get that video clip circulating on news outlets,” theorized a fourth.

Others weren’t concerned if the moment was fake or not, as one fan commented “So smart well played!”

Another person mentioned: “It probably wasn’t even her she’s just joking with her mom.”

A TONIGHT NO

The Kardashians star was accused of pulling a similar stunt when she guested on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.

The show’s host Jimmy, 48, welcomed her back to the late-night talk show, revealing that this was her first time on the show since hosting Saturday Night Live.

As an alum himself, he couldn’t help but talk about it.

Kim said that it was a fun time, but admitted she had no idea who had been on it in the past, including Jimmy and famous comic Will Ferrell, but her then-boyfriend, Pete Davidson, 28, brought her up to speed.

Kim was barely able to get deep into her interview without her kids interrupting.

As she told the talk show host that she had been “schooled,” her children started to shout something from the sidelines.

MOM MODE

Kim stopped her interview and went into full-on “mom mode” to correct them.

Sons Saint, six, and Psalm, three, were sitting in the audience, along with Kim’s friend, Tracy, and her daughter, Remi.

Jimmy looked over to the side and said, “I’m hearing kids,” which made the reality TV star’s head turn around.

“Guys. Guys. Can you stop?” Kim politely asked her children.

The audience laughed and she went on: “This is like your first time at work with me. Can you please?”

Jimmy looked like he didn’t know what to do, but said: “Your kids are right there.”

When the camera showed them sitting there, everyone cheered.

“My two boys are here and I hear them making so much noise,” Kim said as her sons chuckled.

“Guys, this is your first time at work with me. Don’t mess this up. Come on,” she continued, and Jimmy cracked up laughing.

As Jimmy transitioned into talking about her daughter North, nine, the kids continued to act up prompting Kim to turn around again and give them a look.
