Ben seethed as he heard the contestant's answer

However fans of the show were utterly confused as one contestant appeared to get a VERY simple question incorrect.

Steven was the hopeful in question who was appearing alongside his fellow players Emily and Lillian when he made the huge error.

Host Ben asked him: "How many minutes are there in half an hour?"

Appearing instantly confused about what he had been asked, Steven said:  "Four..."

The dodgy answer set Twitter alight as they could not believe what they were hearing.

One fan shared a meme of a clock whizzing around in quick succession as they added: "One half of an hour consists of 4 MINUTES?! Wow, the day goes by so fast!"

Another questioned:  “How many minutes in half an hour? 4 IS HE FOR REAL?!!”
