“Now if noone wins any stars and you have nothing else in the day, this is all you will have.

“So each day you will get a little pack like this and inside each of these packets is a portion of beans and a portion of rice.

“Now obviously if there are six people in camp, there will be six portions of rice and six portions of beans.

“This is basically your food for the rest of the day. It’s not much at all… I will show you…”

Roman then poured out the contents of the rice bag on to his plate, followed by the beans.

He explained that the celebs can pick how they want to “divy it up” for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Capital FM captioned the post: “These are the daily rations for campmates in I’m A Celebrity.”

It comes after I’m A Celebrity has been slammed for cruelty after Owen Warner continues to fight his hunger.

The soap star – who plays Romeo Nightingale in Hollyoaks – has made it clear that he’s really been struggling with the lack of food in camp.

The famous faces are given enough food, but for duration of their time in the jungle they have a 700-calorie diet which consists of rice and beans.

During last night’s episode, Matt Tindall, Owen and Jill Scott took part in the Scareground Trial and Tombola in a bid to win more balls for campmates.

In a previous episode, each celebrity was given a colour ball which represented them and whoever had the most amount of balls was in with a chance of eating a BBQ on the beach.

Although Owen had the most amount of balls, it was MP Matt Hancock, Corrie’s Sue Cleaver and Jill who won the meal after being picked out of a hat.

Some fans thought that it was a little unfair.

One said on Twitter: “Really want to send some food in for Owen , he’s so hungry can see him eating a camp mate at this rate.”
