I won The Traitors – now I’m going to host my own TV show

She managed to reach the final and win her share of the epic £101,050 alongside fellow winners Aaron Evans and Hannah Byczkowski after they succesfully eliminated the two remaining traitors - Wilfred Webster and Kieran Tompsett.

Now Meryl has spoken of her plans to break into the TV world with her very own talk show.

Speaking to The Sun and other press, Meryl said: "Ever since I've been like four or five, I've always wanted my own talk show called Minuets with Meryl.

"At 'Golden Time' at school, I used to be the TV presenter and then I'd have someone on the weather and then someone on the news and someone on the traffic.

"If I can get paid a lot of money to talk - I'd love that!"

Meryl added: "So that would be my dream but obviously that is quite a top level but I'd definitely want to try!"

The budding star also said she would 'say yes to everything' that came her way and admitted she is planning to capitalise on her new found fame and exposure the best she can do.

She revealed that her share of the winnings would allow her to attempt to break into the industry, saying: "[The money] is definitely going to give me some options now and to use this time and exposure to definitely ride the wave and try and get something else after."

Elsewhere she confirmed that there were no hard feelings between her and her fellow cast members after the show despite the heated situations.

Meryl said: "I see everybody the same. Clearly with the way I played it right until the very end I thought Will was a faithful so my opinion hasn't changed.

"At the end of the day, we were all playing a game and we all played a really, really good game and I love them all outside the game as well as inside the game."

She further divulged: "Since the show we have all met up and we are all the exact same and its like going back in time and when I'm with them I feel like, 'oh my god I'm back at the castle'".

The TV show drew to a tense end following a nail-biting finale where fans labelled Kieran as a 'hero' after he dropped hints to his fellow players about there still being a traitor in the game with his 'parting gift'.

Kieran's admission allowed the final three to correctly identify that Wilfred was in fact a traitor and as such were able to win the final jackpot.

The five finalists are now all set to reunite with show host Claudia on her BBC Radio 2 show tomorrow morning to discuss the ups and downs of the new TV juggernaut.
