Laura Adlington sends fans wild as she shows of curves in black bikini in holiday snap
GREAT British Bake Off star Laura Adlington wowed fans as she hit the beach – and spread some serious body positivity.
The 33-year-old shared a snap of herself in a black two-piece, telling her fans: “Wear the damn bikini.”
Laura, who has become known for sharing words of wisdom with her fans, showed off her natural beauty in the shot as she went make-up free with her hair slicked back.
In a lengthy post to her fans, she shared: “There’s just something about being in the sea that makes me feel at peace. It’s where my body feels most at home.
“After being poorly for what feels like forever, I’m finally feeling like myself again!! My goal for this holiday is to swim, soak up the sun and relax.
“Oh and of course, wear the damn bikini!”

Laura, who was a finalist on the 2020 Channel 4 series, is a size 24-26 and says she has struggled with her weight since she was eight.
She has opened up in the past about being trolled – after Paul Hollywood jumped to defend her after previous social media attacks, writing on Instagram: “I’ve heard of some sad people trolling Laura, it’s disgusting behaviour."
Laura told The Sun previously: “You develop a thick skin to it. I’d be lying if I said some days it didn’t bother me.
“A couple of weeks ago I read something about myself and just thought, ‘f***ing hell, I don’t want to do this any more’.

Since being on the show, Laura has also launched a collection with Simply Be and is on a mission to make women feel “less s**t about themselves”.
