Eamonn Holmes on crutches as he makes return to TV with the help of co-star Isabel Webster
EAMONN Holmes was seen on crutches as he made his TV return with co-star Isabel Webster.
The much-loved TV presenter, 63, recently fell down the stairs and broke his shoulder after having back surgery.
Eamonn was spotted looking in good spirits as he linked arms with fellow host Isabel.
The Irish star wore a grey suit, white shirt and navy blue tie teamed with matching loafer shoes.
He leaned on a pair of crutches as he made his way into the studio in London.
The presenting duo were seen walking in together on his first day back at The GB News Breakfast on Monday morning.

Eamonn managed to smile for the cameras as he paused in front of the studio building.
Yesterday, Eamonn delighted fans with the news that he would be returning to his GB News' Breakfast show.
He revealed: “I'm back tomorrow which sounds like a threat doesn't it!
“You may or may not be aware of what happened to me. I had some back surgery because I've had disc problems for a year and a half or so and the surgery affected one of my legs, which led to me falling down stairs, and breaking my shoulder.

"So I had a leg that didn't work, and a shoulder that didn't work - and lots of other things in between.”
The brave star added: “So here I am. I feel that there are only so many box sets I can watch or recommend to you!
“I'm not better, but I'm better than I was. And I've decided to make an attempt to go back to work on GB News from tomorrow. This is on the basis that work, hopefully, will help to heal me."
He went on to reveal how he had struggled recovering at home as he is so used to being busy.
Eamonn added: “As any of you who are long term sick, or who are in any way convalescing, particularly at home, will know, there's a lot of frustration involved in it.
"So for me, I am going to give it a go. And hopefully things will get better as a result of doing those day to day things.”
Last week, Ruth updated fans on Eamonn's progress on Loose Women.
Ruth, 62, shared with her panellists: "He was struggling with bulging discs.
"Then he had a back operation, which you know was always that nerve-wracking moment isn't it?
"And then a few days after that he fell downstairs and broke his shoulder.
"So it's been a really difficult time, so I took some time off really to be at home and look after him."
In another blow Eamonn’s mother recently passed away, with Ruth adding: “And then very sadly his mum passed away in the middle of all that so it's been a terrible time.
"It's a lot of bad luck. And these things come along, and you're like, 'Anything else?'"
Eamonn last week told of his frustration after he had become reliant on others to do the simple things.
The presenter currently has to rely on using crutches to help him walk.
In a heartbreaking personal health update on Twitter, the star said: "Worked hard at my physio this morning.
"Very tiring but I've now sat on my backside for 5 hours and feel bad about doing nothing."

He continued: "Lack of mobility & depending on others stops me doing really simple things.
"For peace of mind I feel another round of foot exercises coming on."
