Emmerdale fans predict huge family betrayal will rock the village
EMMERDALE fans are predicting a huge family betrayal that will rock the village.
In tonight’s episode Mackenzie Boyd, Moira Dingle, Amy Wyatt and Matty Barton were all hauled in for police questioning over their parts of covering up Kyle’s killing of Al Chapman.
They were all put through the ringer by the detective - but seemed to stick to their stories.
Back in the Dales, Mack returned and walked into Moira, Matty and Amy who questioned if he’d stuck to the story.
“I stayed on story so we’ll be fine as long as the rest of you did,” he said.
Amy and Moira quickly agreed and Matty half-heartedly nodded.

Mack then said: “So today we all lied to the police…”
Amy agreed and told him: “Just as long as they don’t find out, we’ll be fine.”
But Moira couldn’t help but notice her son being unusually quiet.
She asked Matty: “You’re quiet?”
“It doesn’t seem like there’s much more to say,” he replied but he was clearly disturbed by what he’d done.
“Mum, I’ll stick to the story like everyone else, the one we agreed on,” he added.
“As much as I want to protect Kyle, I can’t help but worry what if it all goes wrong? We are perverting the course of justice as the police kept pointing out to me.
“This isn’t something minor like shoplifting, technically we’ve covered up a murder. And he told me it could end up in a life sentence each.
“Then Kyle would have no-one, would he?”
But even though Matty insisted he would stick to the story, fans think he will betray his family and come clean.
One wrote: "Matty's going to break."
A second said: "If there's gonna be anyone going to f**k up with the police it will be that grass Matty..."
Another added: "Bet moral Matty didn't stay to the story"
