EastEnders fans fear for four characters after landmark HIV reveal
ZACK Hudson was preparing himself for fatherhood after finding out about Whitney's pregnancy.
But the EastEnders hunk received some shocking news and viewers are now concerned for the future of multiple characters.
Former Hollyoaks star Fabrizio Santino recently made his debut on the BBC One drama.
Unfortunately for the chef portrayed by James Farrar, his character Brett had some bad news to share.
Zack was rattled to see the newcomer in Albert Square but was even more shocked when told he was HIV positive.
Because they had previously shared needles, the heartthrob knew this meant he could have contracted the virus.

However, while Zack was left reeling from the news, viewers quickly put two and two together and realised he's not the only one in danger.
Four women are in the same boat, as Zack was an instant hit with the ladies upon his first arrival in Walford.
Whitney Dean (played by Shona McGarty) is Zack's most recent conquest meaning she could be contaminated.
But EastEnders fans haven't forgotten Zack also has a romantic past with Nancy Carter who left Albert Square after finding out he had cheated on her with Sam Mitchell.
And let's not forget Janine Butcher who also shared a night with Zack in 2021.
Soap fans swarmed over to Twitter to share their worries.
"If Zack contracted HIV two years ago his viral load would be so high that Nancy, Sam, and Whitney probably have it too", one of them penned.
Another jumped in, clearly concerned: "Wait a second guys Zack has slept with Janine, Nancy, Sam, and now Whitney!"
"Is it biologically possible that Zack could have impregnated Whitney without infecting her with HIV? Or are Sam and Whitney and 8/10 women in Walford about to get some very-very bad news?", a third viewer questioned.

But another person could be in serious danger due to Zack's careless behaviour.
In recent scenes of the London-based program, Whitney found out she was pregnant with his child.
As a result, and in the case of Zack being HIV positive, Whit's baby could also have the virus.
