OUR Yorkshire Farm's Amanda Owen has broken her silence on the criticism she faced after a fan called her 'cruel' on her latest social media post.
The Yorkshire Shepherdess regularly updates her fans on her life at Ravenseat.
Amanda, 47, has been forced to defend herself now after a follower slammed her for being 'cruel' in a post about her Shetland pony.
The caption of the post read: "Hands on morning, noon and night. They are very enthusiastic about being out and about around the animals after hours."
In the snap Amanda's youngest daughter, Clemmie can be seen sitting bareback on the pony.
After the Our Yorkshire Farm star, took to Twitter to address the statement.

She exclaimed: "She is as light as a feather with long legs."
"He has no tack, is in a stable and he is a Shetland pony, known for being they strong little workhorses."
The Channel 5 star continued: "I am very happy to see them playing with a small pony, hugging, grooming and sitting on him."
The mum-of-nine recently told fans she's been dealing with "horrid" weather at her Yorkshire Dales farm.

Amanda shared a snap of Clemmy with one of the horses, who is staying in the stable because of the bad weather.
She penned: "Blooming weather. It’s hardly fit to turn out !"
