I’m A Celeb star Seann Walsh lands huge new TV job after shaking off Strictly scandal in the jungle
SEANN Walsh has admitted that he is returning to screens sooner than expected following his successful stint in the I'm A Celeb jungle.
The comedian made the exciting announcement on Instagram that he will be creating his own sitcom.
Seann will play the role of Rowan in the sitcom which is due to hit TV screens later this year.
The project was written by Seann with James Kettle and will have a live read through in front of an audience ahead of being adapted into a series.
Seann made the exciting announcement on Instagram, writing the lengthy caption: "This is something I’ve been working on for many years.
"I’ve always always wanted to do my own sitcom. Finally it’s happening!! Christ this has been a long road!

Seann went onto reveal some of the high-profile names he had secured for the show, adding: "Starring are Miles Jupp, Kate Robbins, Rosie Holt, Marek Larwood & Tom Little."
Following on from the backlash of his Strictly kissing scandal, Seann added he wanted a nice audience for the live read-through and jokes no jagerbombs would be allowed.
He concluded the announcement with: "Come along to the live-readthrough to help us get it into shape before it’s made. Looking for a nice SUPPORTIVE audience! No jagerbombs!"

Seann narrowly missed out on a place in the final during his stint on the ITV jungle show.
The comedian ended up in the I'm a Celebrity bottom two with Owen Warner, but received the fewest public votes against the Hollyoaks hunk who went on to finish second.
Speaking after he left the jungle, Seann said: "I absolutely loved it. It is tough and I don't know how much that comes across through the screen but honestly as soon as you guys said my name, the toughness just goes.
"Now I'm just left with absolutely incredible memories. I'm going to need a long time to process."
