THE Only Way Is Essex star Junaid Ahmed has revealed his brand new look after having nose, chin and hairline procedures.
The reality favourite, 29, unveiled the results of his ops on his birthday as he reclined on a sofa in a robe and raised a glass of orange juice.
In addition to the many birthday well wishes he received, there were also lots of comments calling the defined look "beautiful".
Junaid jetted off to Turkey in December to have rhinoplasty done on his nose.
Afterwards he opened up about the reasons behind the surgery, saying it was due to three childhood attacks by bullies.
He told podcast that it wasn't "down to vanity reasons" but because it "needed to be fixed".

"I did not have my nose job due to vanity reasons or anything like that," Junaid said. "Don't get me wrong, the trolling since I've appeared on Towie has been horrific.
"The first thing people have jumped to is my nose, which is fair enough. But my nose needed to be fixed.
"When I was younger, I was so horrifically bullied in school. I was attacked on a few occasions, and the bullies broke my nose in three different places.
"This wasn't something I just thought out, because I've had a lot of comments like, 'Oh, he's just come on reality TV, and he's getting his nose'. Far from the point.

"This is years of torment that I had to go through, and I've had breathing issues since the age of 16, when my nose was broken by the bullies."
Junaid admitted he'd never spoken publicly about the horrific attacks before that left him bruised and bloodied.
He recalled: "When I was in school, my school would let me leave school earlier than others so I could get home safe because they were worried about my safety.
"On three occasions walking home from school, I was attacked by a group of boys in my school and they broke my nose on three occasions that I've never ever spoken about this publicly before.
"But now it's about time, now I've got a platform. People need to know. I would not wish that upon my worst enemy.
"I'd have black eyes. My nose would bleed in the middle. I would lie and say I fell over."
Junaid has spent over £10,000 on surgery before joining Towie - but now wants a more natural look.
The star has been open about having a number of enhancements made to his face, including having his teeth done in Turkey.
