Our Yorkshire Farm’s Amanda Owen reveals ‘two simple facts’ behind split from husband Clive in frank confession
AMANDA Owen has lifted the lid on her split from husband Clive.
The Our Yorkshire Farm star announced last year that she and her husband of 22 years, Clive, had separated.
Now, Amanda, 48, has opened up on the split - revealing "two simple facts" as to why they called it quits.
The mum-of-nine looked back on their separation in a candid interview and described it as “tough" but added she had to "just get on with it".
“Look, there are two simple facts: if he thought I was brilliant, and I thought he was brilliant, then we wouldn’t have separated,” the star told Radio Times.
“It’s a fact, isn’t it? But, you know what, that’s not unique, it’s just how things are, pressures, all the rest of it.

"But we have nine kids, with associated friends, girlfriends, and we just have to get on with it.”
The Channel 5 star also admitted that she isn't a fan of co-parenting and feels that it's another way of saying "we take it in turns to shout at the kids".
This comes after the shepherdess landed her first role since her split from husband Clive in a new series set to air this month.
The series started in 2018 and was an instant hit with viewers, who enjoyed being updated on the farm and the large family.
