Our Yorkshire Farm fans thrilled as Amanda Owen heaps praise on latest addition at Ravenseat
OUR Yorkshire Farm fans are over the moon to see Amanda Owen's latest addition at Ravenseat.
After weeks of relentless rain and frightful weather conditions, the Yorkshire Shepherdess and her family are now looking forward to a little respite.
Amanda, 48, has shared an update on her new sheepdog, Penny, following the devastating death of her beloved pup Kate.
Her new dog has been spending the last few days settling in at Ravenseat.
Taking to Instagram, Amanda posted a picture of Penny's first day out at the Moor, where she practiced her dog tricks, including "Lie of the Land".
Her cute post included a video of Penny leaping over a stream, clearly getting comfortable with the area she will be working on.

She posted a series of photos on Instagram showing Penny rounding up the flock.
Amanda penned: "Out & about with new colleague, Penny. There’s lots to learn & to ‘take time’ is definitely one of them." Penny could be seen working the sheep with the snowy hills in the background, showing off the beautiful scenery that surrounds the farm.
Fans were thrilled to see the new addition to the Owen clang, after Kate passed away in her sleep in December.
They had no doubt that the Penny will be as great a sheepdog as Kate was.
