A PLACE in the Sun viewers have all been left saying the same thing following the latest episode.
Fans of the Channel 4 property programme tuned in on Wednesday for their fix.
Presenter Lucy Alexander was on hand to show one couple just what their money could buy them abroad.
They were John and Debbie, who were on the hunt for a two-bed property that would one day become their permanent home.
With a budget of just £80,000, Lucy had her work cut out for her as they explored Costa Cálida in Spain.
After seeing five potential properties, the couple decided to place an offer on the townhouse they viewed.

It was on the market for £83,000 but John placed a "cheeky" of £70k as they needed "to do work" on the house.
There offer was rejected by the owner but determined to snap up the abode, the couple said they'd stretch to £72,000.
After a further phone call, Lucy told the pair the vendor was prepared to sell for £72,500 which the couple accepted.
However, after seeing the property, viewers at home were convinced there an issue the owner didn't tell the house hunters about.
