EASTENDERS fans all have the same complaint about Jack Branning after tonight’s episode.

The police detective - who is played by actor Scott Maslen in the BBC soap - is struggling after discovering his son Ricky Jr got 12 year old Lily Slater pregnant.

That combined with daughter Amy’s self-harming has pushed Jack to the brink.

And tonight he took his rage out on Lily after discovering she was being bullied for being pregnant.

Instead of supporting her or getting her parents, he decided to have a go at her in the cafe.

As he read through the abusive messages, Jack told her: “This ain’t right but you should probably get used to it.

“That’s why teenage mums drop out of school and finding a decent job becomes almost impossible and when the baby does come that is when you find out who your real friends are. 

“Ask your mum what it’s really like.”

Later a furious Stacey and Martin confronted Jack - and ripped into him, making it very clear that he was not to go near their daughter again.

The realisation that Jack has cost him the chance to know his baby was too much for Ricky and he called his mum to move in with her.

As Sam took Ricky back to hers, Jack tried to physically stop him but was told where to go by Sam and Denise.

And viewers are disgusted with him.

One wrote: "Jack's anger issues are out of control."

A second said: "All those saying Jack did the right thing, how can you not see that manipulating and gaslighting a deeply confused young girl isn’t seriously messed up?"

Another added: "I think Jack needs to take a chill pill."
