TOWIE star Amy Childs has been “mum shamed” by cruel trolls for using too much salt in her cooking.
The reality TV favourite, who is currently pregnant with twins, took to her to post a quick air fryer recipe - a home made pizza baguette - which she said she has been "making for years".
But some followers were quick to point out an apparent issue with Amy's recipe.
One person said: “Your salt intake is way to high, you’ve just put grated mozzarella on and salami and ham and the salt on top of everything else.”
They continued: “High calcium you can do without in your condition. Next time try making the tomato base yourself or use a tin of crushed tomatoes, real mozzarella and forget the extra salt.”
Another person wrote: “I thought you couldn't have cured meats during pregnancy unless it was fully cooked (not just warmed up for a couple of minutes)? I would love to be told I am wrong as I have been avoiding.”

Others were not impressed she was using tomato puree, claiming it was “too harsh.”
Amy is already mum to Polly, five, and four-year-old Richie from previous relationships.
Since announcing her pregnancy in October with her partner Bill, Amy has been open about her journey, already appearing to confirm her due date and plans for a natural birth.
Yet despite her scans showing gestation was at 24 weeks - which means Amy should be giving birth on or around April 26 - the star recently suggested that she is already worried about contractions.

She said: “I’ve had a lot of movement with the twins and I’ve still been getting my Braxton Hicks, but it’s just my body getting ready for the babies to come, but I’ve not really slept.
“I said to Bill that I haven’t really slept for three days and while we’ve been back filming, I feel really achy.”
