Alison Hammond’s lookalike son Aiden is all grown up as single mum pays tribute to him on his 18th birthday
ALISON Hammond's son Aiden looks all grown up in a new picture after celebrating his 18th birthday.
This Morning presenter Alison, 48, shared a picture of her lookalike only child on Instagram today, alongside Gok Wan, who DJ'd at their joint party.
Fans of Alison's thought the teen bore an uncanny resemblance to Gok, too, with one writing: "He looks like Gok’s twin brother."
In the smiley picture, Gok wrapped an arm around the birthday boy who beamed broadly behind the decks.
It follows Alison thanking her followers for their birthday wishes over the weekend.
She said: "I just wanted to pop on just to say thank you to everyone who sent me loads of birthday wishes.

"Thank you so so much, it means so much - how are you all are you having a lovely, happy Friday, ready for the weekend.
"I just wanted to say thank you for all your birthday wishes, it's not my birthday today, it's actually on Sunday.
"But the big deal for me is the fact that my son, Aiden, is 18 on Sunday."
Alison then explained how Aiden was born on her birthday and said he was a "gift" to her.

She continued: "Born on my birthday 18 years ago and I just can't get my breathe that Aiden is 18, I just can't believe it, he's going to be an adult on Sunday.
"My little baby and you guys have seen the whole journey, obviously I brought him on This Morning when he was teeny tiny, literally about three weeks old, I brought him onto the show.
"And now he's 18. Unbelievable."
The mum-of-one threw a huge birthday party attended by all of her TV pals including holly Willoughby, Dermot O'Leary and Carol Vorderman.
