Coronation Street fans in tears as show legends reunite for adorable snap
CORONATION Street fans were delighted when two of the show's biggest stars were united.
Roy Cropper and Becky McDonald - or the actors who played them at least - got together for a picture.
, 43, posed with , 73, eleven years after leaving the ITV soap.
She shared the picture on Instagram, writing: "Well look who I caught up with today… Still one of my favourite human beings EVER."
The actress signed off the post with a series of hashtags, most notably "#roysrolls".
The pair haven't been seen together as their characters since Katherine left the soap in 2012, becoming an in-demand actress starring in a string of dramas.

Julie Hesmondhalgh, who played Roy's wife Hayley until 2014, was among the stars to respond writing: "Arg I LOVE THIS!!!! ❤️❤️❤️."
Many of Katherine's character's storylines revolved around her friendship with Roy and Hayley.
Other former stars replied only in emoji form with former Marcus Dent star Charlie Condou posting: "😍." Karen McDonald actress Suranne Jones said: "❤️❤️."
One Corrie fan said: "That’s serious nostalgia right there... Becky and roy were the best team ever."
