Channel 4 axe hit comedy starring Sex Education actress leaving fans devastated
SEX Education star Tanya Reynolds' new Channel 4 comedy I Hate You has been axed after only one season.
The series saw Tanya, best known as Lily on the Netflix fave, partner up with Melissa Saint as two best friends trying to navigate their late 20s.
Between the ups and downs of working in a job you hate, trying to make rent and joining the complicated world of dating, the best mates rely on each other to get through it.
The series was created by Friday Night Dinner's Robert Popper, and the cast and writer seemed like a formula for success.
But Channel 4 has now confirmed they "currently have no plans for a second season".
The reason for their decision wasn't stated, but the series was torpedoed by critics when it was first released.
