Coronation Street fans rip into ‘stupid’ Sarah Platt blunder during row with husband
CORONATION Street fans have ripped into a 'stupid' Sarah Platt blunder during a row with his husband.
Mondays episode of the ITV soap saw Sarah (Tina O'Brien) become furious with husband Adam Barlow (Sam Robertson) after she learned he had agreed to legally represent Damon Hay.
This is despite the fact Damon (Ciaran Griffiths) had destroyed her brother Nick Tilsley's life by making him run drugs through the Bistro.
Nick's son Sam and partner Leanne have kicked him out and Nick's mum Gail and siblings have been rallying around him.
Sarah discovered husband Adam had agreed to take on Damon's case just before they were due to have a romantic trip away.
She yelled: "What is going on in that tiny brain of yours? Have you any idea what that bloke put Nick through? And he's dangerous!

"Nick's my brother, it couldn't be more personal, did you think I wouldn't find out?"
The couple argued, and Sarah decided to go to the hotel alone, and headed straight to the bar for a large glass of wine.
She then unwittingly struck up a conversation with Damon, who was also at the hotel, and they began to flirt, before enjoying a glass of champagne back in the room.
Thankfully Sarah came to her senses before she was unfaithful to Adam and asked Damon to leave.

But Coronation Street viewers were quick to point out what they considered a blunder during the scenes.
One wrote on Twitter: "So Sarah didn’t even ask the ‘complete stranger’ she brought to her hotel room his name?"
Another added: "I’m in genuine awe at Sarah’s level of stupidity from Stephen to Damon #Corrie."
Others couldn't believe Sarah didn't know what Damon looked like, despite being fully aware of his action and how he had ruined Nick's life.
One wrote: "Wait #Corrie, Sarah doesn't know Damon?"
Another tweeted: "#Corrie you are getting on my nerves now. How can Sarah not know Damon?! Plot hole bigger than Ryan’s arms."
A third added: "I didn't realise Sarah doesn't know who Damon is in the flesh! #Corrie."
