Love Island’s Tanya reveals major relationship update with Shaq after fans claim they’re next to split
LOVE Island star Tanya Manhenga has revealed a big relationship update for her and boyfriend Shaq.
The reality star did a social media Q&A with fans and gave them an insight into their relationship.
When one person asked if they planned on moving in together, Tanya, 23, replied: “We really want to take our time with that step because it means a lot to me and him.
“But if I have to be closer to him I’ll go to London or he’ll come to Liverpool.”
The star also opened up on their future plans together and said: “Just holidays, chill days, and having fun together.
“We are like kids when we are together we have so much fun! And I want to continue that…”
Tanya’s update comes after she revealed she’d be returning to her normal job, despite the huge fame she’s found since leaving the villa.
The biomedical student told followers she was still going to finish her university degree.
She replied to a fan who had asked during an Instagram Q&A if she was planning on dropping her tricky studies.
Tanya insisted: “I’m definitely going to finish… I don’t start things and don’t finish them.”
Biomedical science degrees give you the skills to conduct lab tests that help diagnose and tackle disease and can be highly paid.
The Liverpool student also said she was “definitely thinking” about making a move to London when asked whether she would swap cities.
It comes as a Casa Amor bombshell said the couple would be the first to split after leaving the show.
Martin Akinola, who joined the show as part of the Casa Amor twist, has insisted the couple will not last on the outside.
Martin, 27, grew close to Tanya during his stay in the villa but she ended up choosing Shaq after delivering a gushing speech in front of their fellow Islanders.
Speaking to Bobby Norris and Stephen Leng on , he said: “I really hope it lasts on the outside but I know that’s not going to be the case.
“If I was a betting man, I’d probably put it on Shaq and Tanya to end first. But I really hope they last a long time honestly.”
