ALISON Hammond, 48, showed off her weight loss as she grooved and boogied with This Morning co-star Dermot O’Leary in a hilarious video.
The TV presenter opted for a colourful shawl and red top which she partnered with black trousers and trainers.
Alison looked excited as she encouraged Dermot, 49, to dance with her, in a video she captioned: “Find someone who will play ! See you at 10 am.”
In the clip they performed a routine to Taylor Swift’s Shake It Off, and Dermot looked less than impressed.
Meanwhile, Alison couldn’t help but get into it as she flashed a big smile at the camera and jived about.
They shuffled forwards and backwards and viewers of the video couldn’t help but laugh.

Keith Lemon penned: “He loves to dance really! I’ve seen him!” and Vicky Pattinson added: “You two!”
Carol Vorderman replied saying: “Lols,” with a laughing face, and Danniella Westbrook told the presenter duo: “Love this.”
Alison’s upbeat clip comes after the star was quizzed over her relationship status earlier on the daytime show.
Matthew Wright had joined Alison and Demot O'Leary to discuss the day's big stories, when he asked Alison: "The green ring is gone!"

Alison replied: "No, no, no. It is definitely not gone. Trust me, that ring is going nowhere.
"I've actually contacted the company and they're going to send me a proper ring."
The star was last week seen wearing a ring that symbolises the wearer is single.
The has been billed as "the world's biggest social experiment" set to replace dating apps, and show who is single and open to "conversations in real life."
It comes after Alison sparked rumours earlier this month that she’d split from her partner.
The star was discussing Love Island spin-off show Romance Retreat with co-star Dermot O'Leary when she declared: "I'm single."
Appearing to confirm she had split from partner Ben Hawkins, the 48-year-old said: "More people are wanting to meet people out and about and having a green ring might be a good idea so that people know you're single.
"As you can see, I've got my single ring on."
