Comic Jim Davidson splits from fifth wife Michelle Cotton after 14 years

COMEDIAN Jim Davidson has split from fifth wife Michelle Cotton after 14 years of marriage.

The TV star, 69, who hosted The Generation Game and Big Break at the height of his fame, told pals he is “gutted”.

He revealed on stage on Friday he is going through “divorce No5” wife his wife, aged 51.

He previously said his four other divorces cost him up to £60million.

A source yesterday confirmed: “Jim is really sad and gutted he and Michelle haven’t been able to make things work.

"He’s not thrilled at the idea of going through another public divorce.
