A PLACE in the Sun's Danni Menzies was left stunned as househunters claimed a property feature could 'kill them'.
The hit Channel 4 show sees Brits looking to relocate to sunnier climates or find their perfect holiday home.
And during a recent repeated episode presenter Danni was left stunned by one pair.
Sisters Pamela and Sheila were looking to buy a property in Spain's Costa de Valencia.
They revealed the purchase would be in honour of their late mother and had a budget of £70,000.
They told Danni they wanted a two-bedroom house but it must have a brown wooden door.

Menzies, 34, got to work on finding the siblings suitable homes for their budget.
She brought them to an old townhouse which they both liked but when it came to the outdoor area they noticed a problem.
The presenter led them up a flight of stairs, which Sheila struggled with.
"It's beautiful but I don't think we could do those stairs, remarked Pamela as she caught her breath.

While Sheila said: "No I'd be sleeping up here I think. And I'm struggling now, in 10 years what am I going to be like?"
Despite the viewers the house's terrace boasted, the sisters agreed they would never use it.
As they turned to descend back down, Sheila muttered: "Oh Pam these stairs, such a shame because this is such a lovely space in the house, isn't it?"
Pamela quickly remarked: "They are going to kill us. I think they'd be the death of us love."
Danni was left stunned watching their exchange, but did agree the stairs was a challenge for the pair.
A Place in the Sun airs on Channel 4.
