ESCAPE to the Chateau's Angel Strawbridge has been flooded with support after a 'big weekend' with daughter Dorothy.

The family shared two adorable snaps of Angel and Dorothy on their official Instagram page over the Easter weekend.

In both pictures, mother and daughter were cuddled up to each other and smiling for the camera.

The caption read: "This weekend is a big one for the Strawbridges. Today is Angel's birthday, and tomorrow they'll celebrate Dorothy's birthday!

"Their weekend will be full of festivities surrounded by friends and family. Happy Birthday Angel and Dorothy!"

Escape to the Chateau fans were quick to send the pair their well wishes.

One wrote: "Happy Birthday Angel!! And Happy Birthday to Dorothy for tomorrow! Hope you have a wonderful time celebrating."

Another added: "Happy Birthday Angel and Dorothy, have a wonderful girlie weekend."

A third shared: "Happy birthday to you both. I'm sure you will have a wonderful weekend."

Earlier this month, Angel and husband Dick shared some exciting news with their Australian fans.

The last series premiered in the UK in October 2022, and now, after a lengthy wait, fans in Australia can see it as well.

Dick and Angel penned to 426k followers: "We still feel like we are on a high from our trip down-under," the caption began, "And since so many of you ask when the new series will be available in Australia, we are delighted to announce it starts tonight Channel 9.

They concluded: "Enjoy the show and have a lovely weekend. Dick & Angel Xxx."
