The old Victoria school house has a cosy and comforting feeling to it.

Host, Briony asked visitor, Kathy how she felt about the property, and she said she had a "good gut feeling" about it.

She added: "It's picture perfect. I've got a really nice feeling about it. I feel like I could live here."

Kathy told Briony she was looking for a fresh start in a rural home with business potential.

She set her sights on either Devon or Dorset, where Briony May Williams showed her some wonderful property options.
